The Same. Four. Chords.

My Off The Grid cohort and I used to play this game where we'd see how many songs we could fit over the same chord progression. These guys take that to a whole new level, showing that when you enter the pop world, that 1-5-6-4 progression is used for almost EVERYTHING these days.

Plus, the video is super hilarious, even if they did leave out Bush's Glycerin, (which TOTALLY fits by the way).

Steven Tyler Grants Man's Dying Wish

This was too cool not to share. Aerosmith's Steven Tyler did a video Skype call to a dying fan. Lawrence Ori was dying of supranuclear palsey. A serious condition that makes it difficult to move or talk. A die-hard fan, Ori had been listening to Aerosmith since the early days, and his one and only tattoo, was of Aerosmith's logo.

Makes it a little easier to look past the whole Am Idol thing huh?
